Expressing agreement

  • I agree with you 100 percent.
  • I couldn't agree with you more.
  • That's so true.
  • That's for sure.
  • (slang) Tell me about it!
  • You're absolutely right.

  • Exactly.
  • I'm afraid I agree with James.

Expressing disagreement

  5. I’m interested in… Me interesa / estoy interesado en…
  6. I know what you mean. Sé lo que quieres decir.

EXPRESAR DESACUERDO

  1. I don’t think so. Yo creo / no pienso eso.
  2. I don’t agree with you. No estoy de acuerdo contigo.
  3. I disagree. No estoy de acuerdo.
  4. I’m against / opposed to… estoy en contra de…
  5. That’s something I’m not interested in… Eso es algo que no me interesa…
  6. You are wrong. Te equivocas.

  OVERVIEW & PURPOSE:  To learn  INFINITIVE OF PURPOSE Grammar Rule Examples I use LearnEnglish Kids  to practise  English. He studies  to get  better marks. She goes to the gym  to be  healthy. Remember! We can use the infinitive to explain why we do something. Why are you washing the car? To help  my parents. Be careful! Use the infinitive with ‘to’.        OVERVIEW & PURPOSE:  To Practice  – PERFECT TENSES PRESENT PERFECT El presente perfecto equivale más o menos al pretérito perfecto del español . Veremos las diferencias en la sección sobre usos. En general, es una mezcla entre el presente y el pasado.  Lo usamos para acciones en el pasado que tienen importancia en el presente.
